A public meeting will be at the North Shore Community Centre at 2120 Covehead Rd, Rte. 25, West Covehead, to receive comments from the public on:
- Proposed amendment to the Official Plan – Future Land Use Map to change the designation of portions of PID 544940, 3553 Bayshore Rd, from Environmental Conservation to Residential; and
- Proposed amendment to the 2021 Land Use Bylaw – Zoning Map to change the zoning of portions of PID 544940, 3553 Bayshore Rd, from Parks and Recreation (PR) to Residential (R).
